You are indeed top of your class and a true gentleman. Sutton Group Realty is very fortunate to have you as part of their team. Your ideas and forward thinking on when to list our house for sale and how to present the house were indeed relevant in achieving the results we did. Your presentation on the Stratus Report and multimedia listing was well written and presented and because of that we had close to 50 viewings at our house in 5 days. An amazing result.

Further, I was in awe of the way you handled the multiple offer situation last night. You were in command right from the start and made, what could have been a very ugly process, dignified.
